Dalanj University has opened a new service window for issuing university certificates to students at the Faculty of Marine Sciences at Red Sea University in Port Sudan.
This initiative, which was part of the resolutions of the University Deans’ Council meeting held a few days ago, aims to facilitate transactions for the university’s students amid the current challenging conditions in the country. These challenges make it difficult for students residing outside Dalanj City to reach the main campus in South Kordofan State.
The Academic Affairs Secretariat clarified that students can apply for certificates electronically, with the option to receive them in Port Sudan or any other safe city. Alternatively, they can apply in person at the university's main campus in Dalanj or branch offices in Kadugli, El-Obeid, and Port Sudan.
In this regard, Dr. Omar Kabashi, the University Registrar, expressed gratitude to the administration of Red Sea University for its cooperation in addressing the challenges faced by Sudanese universities, particularly Dalanj University.
Dr. Kabashi further stated that Dalanj University can also assist students in authenticating their university certificates in Port Sudan with the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, once they complete the certificate issuance process and the related authentication procedures.
