The success or failure of any biological activity in a given environment depends on the availability of environmental adequacies that align with the biological activity. In the modern university concept, the university environment represents the foundational base supporting the two pillars of academic creativity: the professor and the student. These three elements influence each other positively or negatively, thereby affecting academic achievement. To raise and maintain academic achievement, particularly when other factors are optimal, it is essential to prepare and enhance the university environment to consistently exert a positive impact on the pillars of academic creativity.
